美光桃园内存 DRAM 厂断电，事件影响正在确认中

IT之家 12 月 3 日消息 根据 Digitimes 的消息，美光位于台湾地区的桃园厂区发生断电意外事件。美光表示，厂区已实时启动安全防护机制，事件影响正调查确认中。

IT之家了解到，2016 年 12 月 12 日，美光科技与华亚科技正式合并，庆祝典礼在桃园举行，美光因此成为在台湾地区投资额最大的外资厂商。早在 2017 年，美光桃园厂区发生过气体污染，造成约 6 万片晶圆报废。

美光科技公司是美国一家总部位于爱达荷州波夕的半导体制造公司，于 1978 年由 Ward Parkinson、Joe Parkinson、Dennis Wilson 和 Doug Pitman 创立。其主要业务为生产多种形式的半导体器件，包括动态随机存取存储器，闪存和固态驱动器；其主要产品包括 DRAM、NAND 快闪存储器、CMOS 影像感测器、其它半导体元件和内存模组。

桃园

When I was very young, I lived near a peach orchard.
